Payment and Cancelation Policy

Drop-in Sessions:

 

Payment is required in advance, within 24 hours of booking, or the session will be released.

 

Package Lessons:

 

Package lessons must be prepaid and expire based on the date of payment. They are not valid beyond the specified date.

Discount for Transition:

 

If you transition from a drop-in to a package, the first lesson's fee will be deducted from the package cost, with the remaining balance as the discounted price.

Appointment Cancellation:


If cancellation is necessary, we require that you make the change 24 hours or more in advance. When you book your session, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your session.


How to Cancel Your Appointment:


Changes to appointments can be made via email to cancel or request a session change.


Late Cancellations/No-Shows:


A cancellation is considered late when the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses a session without cancelling. In either case, you will be charged the full session fee for any missed session.

Lesson Timing:

If you arrive late to the lesson, please note that the lesson will finish at its allocated time. The remaining time cannot be carried over to a later session.
